Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Termswell app (“Termswell”, “the app”, “we”, “us”), provided by Wuhan Yaoyu Technology Co., Ltd. By installing or using the app on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Termswell is a B2B wholesale app for Shopify that helps merchants manage wholesale applications, customer-group pricing and payment terms, order review, and receivables. The app builds on Shopify's native B2B capabilities and operates within your Shopify store.

2. Eligibility & account

You must have a Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your store and for the accuracy of the data you and your customers submit.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with Shopify's terms and applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the app to process data you are not authorized to process.

4. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system on the terms shown at the time of subscription, including any free-trial period. Charges are handled by Shopify; cancellations and refunds follow the terms presented at checkout and Shopify's billing policies. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.

5. Your data

Your use of the app and our handling of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. Data created or managed through the app is stored within your Shopify store and our service infrastructure; uninstalling the app does not delete or corrupt your Shopify store data. Privacy Policy

6. Service availability

We work to keep the app available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, update, or discontinue features, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to installing merchants.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Credit-control, risk, and receivables features are decision support tools; you remain responsible for your own business, credit, and financial decisions. Termswell does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Termswell and its provider are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or where required to protect the service or comply with law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
